Prijs

Verkoopsovereenkomst

Vooraleer tijdens het verkoopproces tot de betaling wordt overgegaan bevestigd u akkoord te gaan met deze volledige "algemene verkoopsvoorwaarden". Hierna wordt de verkoopsovereenkomst opgemaakt die pas definitief is na betaling van het verschuldigde saldo door de koper.
Designclinic behoudt zich het recht een bestelling te weigeren indien er bepaalde onregelmatigheden zich voordoen. U wordt hiervan binnen de 24 uur per mail op de hoogte gebracht. Eveneens verklaart u hierbij de minimumleeftijd van 18 jaar te hebben.
 

Facturatie

Indien u uw bestelling plaatst als bedrijf , kunt u op aanvraag na volledige invoer van de nodige gegevens een factuur ontvangen per email.
 

Levering

Wanneer uw volledige bestelling vooradig is zal uw bestelling binnen de 6 werkdagen na ontvangst van uw betaling thuisgeleverd worden.
In geval van uitputting van de voorraad wordt u per mail op de hoogte gebracht van de mogelijks langere levertijd. Dit laatste kan geen aanleiding geven tot annulatie of weigering van de bestelling en kan niet leiden tot schadevergoedingen. Indien een foutief leveringsadres wordt opgegeven door de koper, of de goederen kunnen op het opgegeven adres niet afgeleverd worden, zullen de kosten voor nieuwe verzending steeds ten laste van de koper zijn. Bij bepaalde gevallen van overmacht kan de verkoper van zijn leveringsplicht ontheven worden. (bv oorlog, brand of staking)
 

Verlies of beschadiging bij transport

Conform de wet op de handelspraktijken valt verlies en/of beschadiging van een besteld product ten laste van de verkoper.
Eventuele schade dient steeds bij ontvangst van de goederen op de transportdocumenten genoteerd te worden. Zoniet kan er geen sprake zijn van terugname of vervanging van de goederen. Bij ondertekening van de ontvangstnota verklaart de klant akkoord te zijn met de staat waarin hij de goederen ontvangt.
 

Bedenktijd

De Belgische wet op de handelspraktijken en de informatie en de bescherming van de consument van 14 juli 1991 laat de aankoper toe binnen de 7 werkdagen vanaf de levering van het product de verkoper te informeren dat hij/zij van de verkoop afziet. De goederen dienen dan,onbeschadigd, ongebruikt en ongeopend, terug gestuurd te worden binnen de 5 werkdagen nadat hij de verkoper informeerde. Designclinic kan teruggezonden goederen weigeren of niet terugbetalen wanneer de originele verpakking geopend werd of wanneer de producten door de koper werden beschadigd. Designclinic draagt geen enkele kost of verantwoordelijkheid betreffende het door de koper terugsturen van goederen. Goederen die teruggestuurd worden zonder voorafgaand bericht worden niet aanvaard.
 

Garantie

De garantietermijn en voorwaarden hangen af van produkt tot produkt.
Indien u betreffende een bepaald artikel aanspraak wilt maken op een garantiebepaling, kunt u kontakt opnemen op shop@designclinic.be.
Wij kunnen u dan richtlijnen geven en eventueel met de leverancier of fabrikant in kontakt brengen.
 

Klachten

Klachten kunnen per email aangebracht worden op shop@designclinic.be.

Convention d’achat

Facturation
Si vous passez une commande en tant qu’entreprise ou particulier, vous recevez automatiquement une facture par mail.
 

Livraison
Si votre commande est disponible dans sa totalité, elle vous sera livrée à domicile dans les 6 jours ouvrables après réception de votre paiement. En cas de rupture de stock, vous serez mis au courant par e-mail du délai de livraison probable. Ceci ne pourrait donner en aucun cas lieu à l’annulation ou au refus de la commande ni à des dommages et intérêts. Si l’acheteur a indiqué une adresse de livraison erronée ou si les produits ne peuvent être livrés à l’adresse indiquée, les frais d’un nouvel envoi seront toujours à charge de l’acheteur. Dans certains cas de force majeure (comme guerre, incendie ou grève), le vendeur sera dispensé de son obligation de livraison.
 

Perte ou dommages lors du transport
Coformément à la loi sur les pratiques commerciales, la perte et/ou l’endommagement d’un produit commandé est à charge du vendeur. Des dommages éventuels doivent toujours être notés lors de la réception des objets sur les documents de transport. Sinon, il ne peut être question de reprise ni de remplacement des objets. En signant de l’accusé de réception le client déclare accepter l’état des objets reçus.
 

Délai de réflexion
La loi belge sur les pratiques commerciales et sur l’information et la protection du consommateur du 14 juillet 1991 permet à l’acquéreur de prévenir le vendeur dans les 7 jours après la livraison du produit de la renonciation à l’achat.
Les objets doivent alors être renvoyés intacts, inutilisés et sans avoir été ouverts dans les 5 jours ouvrables après qu’il en ait informé le vendeur.
Designclinic peut refuser de reprendre ou de rembourser les objets renvoyés si l’emballage original a été ouvert ou si les produits ont été endommagés par l’acheteur. Designclinic n’est en aucun cas responsable des frais ni de l’envoi des objets retournés par l’acheteur. Des objets renvoyés sans avis préalable ne seront pas acceptés.
 

Garantie
Le délai de garantie et les conditions de garantie diffèrent de produit en produit. Si vous désirez faire appel pour un artcle précis aux condtions de garanties , vous pouvez prendre contact avec shop@designclinic.be.

THE USE OF COOKIES

PRICE
All prices mentioned and all eventual promotions are only valid at the moment of appearance on the site. All prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of possible dispatch costs.
 

SALES AGREEMENT
During the selling process before proceeding to payment you certify to agree to the complete “general selling conditions”. After doing so the sales agreement is drawn up, which is only definitive after payment of the due sum by the purchaser. Designclinic maintains the right to refuse an order if certain irregularies occur. You will be informed of this by email within 24 hours. You equally certify to have reached the minimum age of 18 years old.
 

INVOICING
If you place your order as a company or private person, we always send you an invoice by email.
 

DELIVERY

If your full order is in stock, it will be delivered within 6 working days after receiving your payment. In case of stock exhaustion you will be informed by email of a possibly longer term of delivery. This cannot lead to a cancellation or refusal of the order, nor to compensation claims. If a wrong delivery address is given by the purchaser or if the goods cannot be delivered at the given address, the costs for a new dispatch will always be charged to the purchaser. Under certain circumstances beyond one’s control (e.g. war, fire, strike) the seller can be exempted from his duty to deliver.
 

LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSPORT
According to the Belgian law on business methods, loss and/or damage of ordered products are chargeable to the seller.
Any possible damage always has to be reported on the transport documents at the moment of reception of the goods. If not, the taking back or replacing of the goods is out of the question.
When signing the receipt, the customer certifies to agree to the state the goods are delivered in.
 

TIME FOR CONSIDERATION
The Belgian law on business methods and on the information and protection of the consumer of 14 July 1991, allows the purchaser to inform the seller within 7 days of the date of delivery of the product, that he/she renounces the purchase.
The goods are then to be sent back, unopenened, undamaged and unused, within 5 working days after informing the seller. Designclinic can refuse returned goods or not refund them when the original packaging has been opened or when the products have been damaged by the purchaser. Designclinic bears no expenses and no responsibility concerning the sending back of goods by the purchaser. Goods returned to us without prior notice won’t be accepted.
 

GUARANTEE
The term and terms of guarantee depend on the product. If you wish to claim one of the stipulations of guarantee for a certain product, you can contact shop@designclinic.be. We can then give you directives and possibly contact you with the supplier or manufacturer.
 

COMPLAINTS
Complaints can be lodged by email on shop@designclinic.be. Designclinic has committed itself to reply to complaints within 7 working days.
